You acknowledge that the Content is made available to you for your personal use only and that you may download the Content onto one computer hard drive. ENGLISH LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ORDERING

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

There is no minimum order value, but our minimum order for free delivery is £500 + VAT @ Standard Rate. Orders below this amount will incur carriage charge details on the price list.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

BACS Payments. If you require a Credit Account facility we operate on a Strict 30 Days from the invoice date. If you require a Credit Account opened please contact us for more information. 

Any orders you wish to place before a Credit Agency Reference Rating Check & Trade References are taken, will be on a Pro Forma Invoice basis. Accounts will only be opened on receipt of favorable Trade References and Credit Agency reports. 

 

SUPPLY OF GOODS

All goods supplied on credit terms shall remain the property of K9 Pet Products UK LTD  until payment is made in full. We will only allow one invoice to be outstanding at any one time, the previous invoice must be paid in full before shipment of any subsequent order will be made. 

 

DELIVERY TIME

Our standard delivery time will be 10 to 12 working days depends on the size of the order as extra manufacturing time is required for larger orders, with any stock shortages/delivery delays being advised to you within 2 working days of placing the order. Excluding delays due to UK Bank Holidays & Easter - Christmas and our annual 

 

SHORTAGES / DAMAGES

Must be notified to K9 Pet Products UK LTD  within 2 working days of order fulfillment. 
 

DROPSHIP

We provide drop-ship service for the E-Commerce Trade. There are no extra charges except the shipping charges we incur, images for all products are available to download.

DISCOUNTS

Are available on larger orders, the rate is negotiable depending on the size of the order and terms of payment. Discounts will only be given on invoices paid within terms.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

We give 6 months warranty on all goods - notice of a manufacturing fault must be sent to richard.shaw@k9dogbeds.co.uk and once agreed any faulty items must be returned to K9 PET PRODUCTS UK LTD

 

Please note: WE DO NOT WARRANTY ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY PETS OR THERE OWNERS - ONLY MANUFACTURING FAULTS ARE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.

This due to how each machinist works sews the fabric together Some take a larger seam than others
